Vibrant Health and Total Wellness

Living vibrantly means feeling terrific! Having energy for fun, focus for work, exuberance for family. If your body is unwell, then this all feels exhausting! The body-mind connection is the key to achievement in all spheres of life. A frustrated or disappointed mind leads to an unhealthy body. An unhealthy body compromises the health of our mind, and in turn our performance and personal excellence. At Vibrance we know that wellness in both body and mind must be addressed to create lasting success and ensure a powerful, purposeful and vibrant life. Vibrance coaches work with clients to create a life long, transformational and enduring pathway for physical health, emotional well-being, and interpersonal connection. It is the Wellness Trinity.
Emotional Connection in Families

The Vibrance Institute cares about the Family. We specialize in supporting families struggling with the out-of-control child. We offer a safe, informative, and transformational haven for parents with adopted and challenging children and teens who continue to have more questions (and plenty of diagnoses) than answers for their Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Bipolar, Reactive Attachment Disordered (RAD), Oppositional Defiant (ODD) or Aspergers child. Indeed, all children, and especially a child struggling in school, experiencing poor interpersonal relations, and havingtantrums, is in need of a parent committed to excellence. It is possible to overcome early trauma, to have peaceful family relations and to develop your child's emotional intelligence.
